Victoria Vertiz received her B.A. in Dance with a minor in Spanish at California State University, Long Beach. Victoria began in musical theatre and after four years of performing she transitioned to study dance at eleven years of age and has since enjoyed studying all styles including ballet, tap, jazz, modern, and more. Victoria received her formative dance training at the schools of Laguna Dance Theatre, American Ballet Theatre William J. Gillespie School, and Pacific Ballet Conservatory. She has danced in major ballets with American Ballet Theatre, Mariinsky Ballet and American Contemporary Ballet. Most recently she was a Trainee with State Street Ballet in Santa Barbara performing full length ballets including Giselle and Cinderella. Victoria is so grateful for dance as it has provided her the confidence and skills to thrive. Victoria looks forward to sharing her love for dance with young artists!
