RDC Studio Rentals

_{RDC studios are available for rent if there are no classes or other activities booked. Rental fees are due at the time of reservation and are non-refundable. Renters are required to sign a standard rental form and release agreement for all rentals and provide proof of insurance (including Certificate of Insurance listing Revolution Dance Center and the building owner as additional insureds).

Discounts may apply for multiple bookings or 4+ hours.

Rental Policies

_{Respecting Privacy and Timing}

_{Please respect the privacy of all patrons at Revolution Dance Center. Do not enter a studio until the previous booking has finished. If a booking is running late, notify a staff member to assist you in entering the studio.No Celebrity Photos or Autographs:
Please do not request photos or autographs from any celebrity guests.
Prohibited Substances:
Absolutely NO alcohol, marijuana, or illegal substances are allowed on the premises at any time, including the parking lot. Any violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction of the client/guest and the right to refuse future bookings at Revolution Dance Center.}

_{RESTRICTED ITEMS}

_{No gum, glitter, silly string, or confetti is allowed in the building.}

_{Food and Drinks}

_{Food and drinks are permitted as long as everything is cleaned up and all garbage is properly disposed of.}

_{Personal Belongings}

_‍_{Revolution Dance Center is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal items left unattended inside or outside the building.}

_Parking

_{Free parking is available in the lot behind the building. Please ensure you read and follow all posted signs.}

_{Tables and Chairs}

_{A limited number of folding tables and chairs are available for free on a first-come, first-served basis. We kindly ask that clients return all items to their designated locations at the end of their booking.}

_{Facility Usage}

_{Please turn off lights, air conditioning, and other electronics when your reservation is over.}

_{Decorations and Adhesives}

_{No tape or other adhesives are allowed on walls, mirrors, or windows without prior approval.}

_Pets

_{Pets are welcome in the studio, provided they are cleaned up after and do not cause any damage to the facility.}

_{DAMAGE LIABILITY}

_{If a client/guest causes any damage to Revolution Dance Center’s property or neighboring properties, they are liable for all costs associated with repair or replacement of the damaged property.}

_{POLICY VIOLATIONS}

_{Revolution Dance Center reserves the right to shut down a booking if it is found to be in violation of any studio policies.}

_{RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE}

_{Revolution Dance Center reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at its discretion.}

_{CANCELLATIONS AND MODIFICATIONS}

_{A 24-hour notice is required for any cancellations or modifications to bookings. This also applies to same-day bookings, which are considered final and cannot be changed or canceled without full payment.}
